Loading port shall be Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania
Destination port: ASWP
Payment: Irrevocable NON-Transferable RDLC or DLC or SBLC payable within 5 or7 working Days after re-inspecting by CIQ at Buyers' expense upon the good arrives at destination port.
PERFORMNCE BOND ( PB) is 2%
When the Contract Sign will issue RWA letter to the Buyer’ s bank to confirm 2% PB
The price is 10% discount of LME-Cu the Cash Buyer & Settlement price on the date of
the Inspection Certificate issued by CIQ at the port of destination and the exact pricing the commission is 1%
date which will be applicable to all following shipments and the price is as per to the LME Cash Buyer Settlement Price of Copper Cathode Grad A of the websit http: / / www.lme.co.uk/ copper.asp
